Menopause is a natural stage of life, but no one should have to simply “put up” with the challenging changes that can come with it. This supportive, informative workshop is designed to demystify perimenopause, menopause, and post-menopause. Hosted by a practitioner who combines professional qualifications with real-life personal experience, this session bridges the gap between clinical facts and the lived reality of navigating this transition.
Together, we’ll explore the physiological shifts taking place and map out practical, evidence based ways to protect your health, vitality, and emotional wellbeing throughout midlife. Whether you’re experiencing symptoms yourself, suspect you’re entering perimenopause, or want to better understand and support the women in your life, everyone is welcome. Bring along a friend, family member, colleague or partner, and let’s open the conversation.
During this relaxed, interactive session, we’ll break down:
The Menopause Timeline
Demystifying the terminology and distinct stages (perimenopause, menopause, post-menopause)
Early Signs
Why symptoms often strike before periods change, and why every woman’s symptom profile is unique
GP Advocacy
How to track symptoms, prepare for appointments, and ask the right questions

with additional clinical insight and community support.
The internet is flooded with menopause advice, and filtering out the noise can be overwhelming. This workshop acts as your filter, helping you separate evidence based clinical facts from personal anecdotes and marketing trends, so you can make confident, informed choices about your body. We’ll look at how foundational lifestyle pillars work together with medical care:
Nutrition · Exercise · Sleep · Stress Management · Self Care
Menopause has been dealt with quietly for too long, we want to change that. This workshop offers a friendly, warm environment to ask questions, share stories, and learn from other women’s lived experiences. There’s no pressure to share, if you’d prefer to simply sit back, listen, and absorb the information, you’re completely welcome to do so. We’ll also use the end of the session to explore what future menopause support you’d love to see in our local community.
